Who we are
ZarGal Insurance is the trade name of Zarrilli & Galvis LLC, an agency of independent insurance agents based in Florida. We are responsible for the information you give us through this site.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to help you:
- Information you enter in the form: name, phone number or email, city or ZIP code, the type of insurance you are interested in, and your preferred language and meeting format.
- What you tell us when you call, write or message us on WhatsApp.
- Technical data generated by any visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and date and time. Our hosting provider records it for security and to keep the site running.
- If you accept analytics cookies: how you use the site (pages, clicks, scrolling and time on site), through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. See “Cookies and analytics.”
Information you should not send us
Do not include medical information, Social Security numbers, policy numbers or banking information in the form. If we later need that kind of information to prepare a quote or an application, we will ask for it through a secure channel and only with your authorization.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and get in touch with you.
- To guide you, prepare quotes and help you apply for coverage when you ask us to.
- To keep the site secure and understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as licensed insurance agents.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With insurance companies or the Health Insurance Marketplace, when you authorize us to quote or apply for coverage on your behalf.
- With providers that perform services for us (web hosting, email, phone, customer management and web analytics, such as Vercel, Google and Microsoft), who may use it only to provide those services.
- With authorities or regulators when the law requires it.
If we work together on coverage
As licensed agents, we protect our clients’ financial and health information under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the privacy rules of the Florida Insurance Code. If you become a client, we will give you the applicable privacy notice.
Before helping you with a Marketplace (Obamacare) plan, we will ask for your written consent, as required by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Calls, texts and email
We will contact you by call, text message (SMS) or WhatsApp only if you give your consent in the form or ask us directly. That consent is not a condition of purchasing any product.
You can withdraw it at any time: reply STOP to any text message, tell us by phone, or write to us. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell browsing data.
Always on, no cookies: Vercel Web Analytics counts visits using aggregated, anonymous data (page, referring site, country, device type and browser). It does not identify you.
Only if you accept them in the cookie notice: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures how the site is used and sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to 2 years. Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) records how you interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling and cursor movement, to help us improve the design, and sets cookies such as _clck, _clsk and MUID, which last up to 1 year. Clarity hides what you type in the form. Google and Microsoft handle this data under their own privacy policies.
The site also stores your cookie choice in your browser and, for the current session only, a preference so the logo animation does not repeat.
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. If you decline after accepting, we delete those cookies. You can also remove them in your browser settings.
“Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control
We do not track you across sites. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as declining analytics cookies. There is no common standard for “Do Not Track” signals, so we do not process them; even so, no analytics cookie is set without your consent.
Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp or insurance company websites. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Security and retention
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by Florida law (F.S. 501.171).
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet the record-keeping obligations the law imposes on us.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, except what we must keep by law. To do so, contact us using the details below.

We may update this notice. We will post the new version on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant, point it out clearly on the site.
