Who we are

ZarGal Insurance is the trade name of Zarrilli & Galvis LLC, a Florida insurance agency. Our agents are independent insurance producers licensed in the states where we offer our services.

Content is for information only

The information on this site is general and educational. It is not an offer of insurance, a quote, or legal, tax or medical advice. Coverage, premiums, exclusions, eligibility and availability depend on each policy, insurer, state and applicant, and are confirmed only in writing in the policy issued by the insurer.

Requesting contact does not create coverage

Submitting the form or contacting us does not purchase insurance, does not guarantee coverage, price or approval, and does not by itself create an agency relationship. Coverage takes effect only when the insurer accepts the application and issues the policy.

Independent agents and compensation

We work with several insurers and do not represent any one of them exclusively. We are usually paid a commission by the insurer for policies purchased with our help; that payment does not increase your premium. If you would like to know how we are compensated in your case, just ask.

We are not a government entity

ZarGal Insurance is not HealthCare.gov, the Health Insurance Marketplace, Medicare or any government agency, and is not affiliated with them. You can learn about and enroll in coverage directly at HealthCare.gov or your state’s official website.

Licenses

We offer products only in states where our agents hold an active license. You can check the status of a license on each state’s department of insurance website; in Florida, at the Department of Financial Services.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or someone else’s information without their permission.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, interfere with the operation of the site, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Copy or reuse the site’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and the ZarGal Insurance brand belong to Zarrilli & Galvis LLC or are used under license. Stock photographs belong to their authors and are used under their licenses.

Third-party links

Links to other sites, such as WhatsApp, insurers or government pages, are provided for convenience. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the information accurate and current, but the site is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Zarrilli & Galvis LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from decisions based solely on its general content. Nothing here limits the duties we owe you as licensed agents when we serve you.
